In the travel industry, the online channel has become an indispensable tool for advertising and communicating with prospective customers around the world. Along with its growing popularity, service providers find themselves dealing with huge amount of ever-increasing content of various types that need to be processed or translated into local languages of the target market in order to reach the intended audience. If handled properly, these content and data can create incremental value for players in the industry.
This webinar will explore different types of online content within the travel business and offer approaches on how content can be segmented and processed. The first part of the webinar will be in form of a presentation, from Omniscien Technologies, focusing in particular on high-volume content that has a short life span such as short-term special offers or travelers’ reviews and will discuss ways of extracting value from this content. In the following part of the webinar we will have guests from 80 DAYS, GTA and Bond Asian Ventures joining our roundtable discussion, chaired by Hotel Speak, to share views from an industry perspective.
The webinar took place on Wednesday the 6th of September at 15:00 CEST, but you can watch the full webinar and Q&Q below.
