announced a partnership with PBX and property management integration provider DuVoice.
An important feature that DuVoice offers is the ability to manage room status in the PMS system directly through the phone interface. Rooms can be marked as serviced, or in need of service by hotel staff directly on the phone. Specific types of service needed can be specified as well, ranging from cleaning to maintenance.
With DuVoice’s announced partnership with Roxy, these phone-centric PMS integration features can be expanded to include deeper and more valuable tools for hotels. Simply by using their voice housekeeping staff will be able to instantly update the status of the room in the PMS system. This type of tight integration removes friction for hotel workers and allows them to easily keep the PMS system up to date, ensuring that hotel managers always have access to the accurate data they need to keep the property running smoothly.
Tight integrations between hotel technologies are necessary to ensure that hotel management can effectively manage resources and optimize hotel performance while reducing costs. The Roxy and DuVoice partnership will enable hotels to move to the next level of operational efficiency.
