Hotelogix, a leader in cloud-based Property Management Systems, has announced that the adoption and efficient use of its PMS have helped Reyall Boutique Hotel in Santiago to see a 10% increase in their overall revenue. This growth in their revenue is a result of a 10% spike in bookings coming via both OTA and direct channels.

Thanks to its famed guest service, this 3-star boutique property has earned good reviews and ratings across all the online hotel booking platforms. While its score stands at 4.5 out 5 on TripAdvisor, Booking.Com rates the property at 8.9 out of 10.

Reyall Boutique Hotel has been successfully using Hotelogix cloud-based Hotel Management Software since 2016 and the management have experienced multiple benefits from it. They have seen OTA and direct bookings going up by 10%. It has led to a 10% spike in their overall revenue. Plus, thanks to the extensive operational automation capabilities offered by Hotelogix PMS, they are now able to save numerous man-hours.

Before adopting Hotelogix Property Management Software, the management at Hotel Reyall carried out their operations manually. In this arrangement, they couldn’t work efficiently with OTAs. Moreover, their staff productivity was compromised due to manual intervention. To overcome all these operational bottlenecks, they finally decided to adopt Hotel PMS. After carefully evaluating some Hotel PMSs, they decided to implement Hotelogix based on three major parameters – channel manager connect, management dashboard and automation of daily operations.

Speaking about the usefulness of Hotelogix PMS, Jaime Salamanca, Manager of Reyall Boutique Hotel said, “With Hotelogix, we have been successful in eliminating the overbooking hassle. Also, with the Management Dashboard keeping us updated on all key hotel-related data, we can now stay on top of things regardless of where we are. I highly recommend Hotelogix to anyone who is on the hunt for a Hotel Property Management System.”
