Before Hotelogix, Majestic Hotel ran its operations on a solution that couldn’t integrate with the SITA platform, which is mandatory to collect guest data to share with Qatar Tourism. Also, it couldn’t integrate with some of their preferred third-party solutions.
Speaking about their decision to adopt Hotelogix, Rownak Tahseen, Administrative Manager at Majestic Hotel, said, “The earlier solution was not all-in-one and lacked many functionalities critical for efficient property management. Hotelogix fulfilled all our integration requirements, including SITA, channel manager, door lock, and passport scanner.”
