With Hotelogix’s robust platform, the management aims to expand its portfolio with new properties while staying compliant with SITA requirements.
Majestic Hotel in Doha provides luxurious accommodations for leisure and business travellers. It has earned good ratings on leading hotel booking sites with its impeccable guest service.
Before Hotelogix, Majestic Hotel ran its operations on a solution that couldn’t integrate with the SITA platform, which is mandatory to collect guest data to share with Qatar Tourism. Also, it couldn’t integrate with some of their preferred third-party solutions.
Speaking about their decision to adopt Hotelogix, Rownak Tahseen, Administrative Manager at Majestic Hotel, said, “The earlier solution was not all-in-one and lacked many functionalities critical for efficient property management. Hotelogix fulfilled all our integration requirements, including SITA, channel manager, door lock, and passport scanner.”
