Rosastays Group in India sees a 2X spike in its revenue with Hotelogix-powered digitisation

Singapore, 05/10/2023: Hotelogix, a globally leading enterprise-grade cloud-based Hotel Property Management System provider, said India’s Rosastays Group has seen a 2X rise in revenue with its multi-property management system in 2023 vs. 2022. The business association started in 2019, and currently, 13 of the group’s properties are running on Hotelogix.

Since 2019, Rosastays, a young and progressive hospitality brand, has expanded its portfolio to 13 properties by 2023. With carefully handpicked hotels across locations, it offers guests premium lifestyle experiences. It has earned impressive guest feedback on top hotel booking and review sites.

Before adopting Hotelogix, the management tried running operations manually but soon found it restricting their ability to handle the group efficiently. Moreover, without the right solution, they couldn’t ensure real-time online distribution and couldn’t generate more sales via OTAs and their website.

Speaking about their decision to adopt cloud and digitise their operations with Hotelogix, Manish Yadav, Senior Manager, Sales & Area Operation at Rosastays, said, “Back in 2019, we started looking for a cloud-based Hotel PMS with multi-property management capabilities as we had a clear vision for rapid growth. We now have 13 properties, and thanks to Hotelogix for enabling us with centralised control over group operations.”

Hotelogix has also enabled the group to manage reservations, access in-depth reports and guest history centrally which allowed the revenue team to make right decisions at the corporate level. The real-time availability of inventory across all sales channels – offline and online, helped maximize revenue opportunities.

Expressing his views on the benefits seen with Hotelogix as a technology partner, Manish further said, “Real-time availability due to centralisation and two-way integration between Hotelogix and Channel Manager and Booking Engine gets us more bookings via OTAs and our brand website. This has resulted in about a 2X increase in occupancy and revenue in 2023 vs. 2022.”

“A smart hotel group needs a truly smart technology platform to drive growth,” said Sivaprasad Gangadharan, Chief Sales Officer at Hotelogix. “We are happy to see Rosastays witnessing transformative results with us. We will continue to technologically support them in achieving their goals.”
