Her background spans reservations, sales, events, pricing, inventory management, demand forecasting, and distribution across major branded properties in the market. In her current role, Giannina leads revenue strategy for the resort, using booking patterns, market segmentation, demand forecasts, and performance data to strengthen occupancy and revenue across changing demand periods. She works closely with sales, marketing, operations, ownership, and brand partners to identify opportunities, respond to market shifts, and support long-term hotel performance.
