The Hospitality Social Media Summit

The Hospitality Social Media Summit (HoSS) is a two-day learning event designed to help hotel, resort, restaurant and leisure brands use social media more strategically to drive revenue, demand and reputation. Taking place at Chicago Booth London on 3–4 September 2026, it combines live sessions, practical workshops and peer learning with six months of access to a digital learning hub.

The 2026 theme, “Social that sells”, focuses on moving beyond frequent posting towards commercially accountable social media. Sessions cover strategy, content planning, approvals, paid and organic activity, influencer partnerships, compliance, crisis management, artificial intelligence and measuring return on investment.

Rather than following a traditional conference format, HoSS is structured as an intensive working sprint. Delegates will leave with practical outputs including a one-page social strategy, content pillars, a 90-day campaign plan, paid social frameworks, creator briefs, KPI models and executive-ready reporting tools.

The summit is aimed at mid- to senior-level marketing, communications, social media, commercial and revenue leaders across hospitality, travel, food and beverage, wellness and leisure. Whitney Reynolds, former Director of Global Social Marketing at IHG and the strategist behind Kimpton’s award-winning social presence, leads the faculty.

Attendance is available in person or online, with London delegates receiving live workshop access, networking, accreditation and six months of Digital Hub access.
