The Independent Hotel Show London 2026
The Independent Hotel Show is the UK’s flagship business event for the luxury and boutique hotel community, bringing together owners, operators and designers from the independent sector. Returning to Olympia London on 5-6 October 2026, the show draws 3,000+ buyers over two days, alongside 200+ exhibiting brands and 100+ thought leaders and industry speakers.
Doors open at 10:00 on both days, with the Independent Hotel Show Awards taking place from 17:00 on 5 October, recognising Independent Hotel of the Year (over and under 50 rooms), Hotel Rising Star and Hotel Design of the Year. The 2026 theme, “Shaping Tomorrow: Where Innovation Meets Independent Spirit,” speaks to a sector in constant reinvention, giving hoteliers and designers the chance to explore new ideas, discover emerging directions and connect with the people and brands shaping the future of independent hospitality.
It runs through the show floor via exhibitors presenting new products, design innovation and fresh solutions, and through a speaker programme covering trends, expert advice and forward-looking perspectives – with the organisers’ 10 Hospitality Trends to Watch in 2026 spanning everything from the adaptive hotel and digital concierge to regenerative hospitality and radical transparency.
