How The Hotel World Is Responding To The Airbnb Revolution

Marriott’s Home & Villas, a home-sharing business, launched just 6 months ago. The world’s largest hotel group, like many others, has recognised the need to adapt to stay relevant in an entirely new business of accommodation.  It is predicted that by 2020, vacation rentals will surpass the hotel industry.

HOST will be THE event for rentalpreneurs and short-term rental operators alike, to come together under one roof and share best practices for increasing returns and capitalising on a $170 billion global market.

Do not miss the chance to hear from Chris Stephensen, Senior director of Homes & Villas by Marriott International to understand how they will be playing in this new ecosystem of Hosts.

I’m excited to join HOST 2019 as the short-term home rental industry is a very exciting space to be in. It will be great to share what Homes & Villas by Marriott International brings to the party and learn from other experts in the industry, especially in destinations as dynamic and diverse as the ones in Europe!

Discover what Marriott International learned from piloting home rentals in Europe and how they think the home rental and hotel community can evolve together to make travel easier and take care of guests all around the world.

HOST will feature:

  • 200 incredible speakers
  • 100-stand exhibition
  • 5 conference theatres
  • Start-up zone
  • 2,000+ attendees

This event will take place at the impressive Business Design Centre in London on 31st October and 1st November and it is completely free-to-attend, sign up here.
