The Filipino luxury hospitality group has been expanding by adding new properties while keeping IT overhead costs under control.

Singapore, 07/12/22: Hotelogix, a globally leading cloud-based hospitality technology provider, and the Philippines’ Henry Hotels & Resorts are celebrating five years of a successful alliance. Since 2016, with Hotelogix multi-property management system, the group has expanded quickly by adding five properties.

The Henry Hotels & Resorts is a pioneering Filipino luxury boutique hospitality brand that claims to offer an ‘experience like no other’. The group faced several issues with the earlier on-premises solution. It included the lack of centralised control, inability to change rates dynamically, and inefficient distribution, leading to overbookings and double bookings. They were also concerned about the increasing IT overheads for adding new properties. This made them adopt Hotelogix multi-property management system in 2016.

During the last five years with Hotelogix, the group has gained centralised control over its operations. It has seen improved ARR with automated occupancy-based dynamic pricing. The channel manager integration has ensured real-time distribution and has significantly reduced overbookings/double bookings.
