Odysys announces official launch

Odysys is pleased to announce that the company is now out of beta.

Odysys is a digital marketing platform that fills a crucial need in the hospitality industry: Giving hoteliers the tools to improve their online presence and generate reservations.

Boutique hotels, inns, and B&Bs often lack the time, budget, and/or expertise to drive online reservations on their own websites. As a result, these properties pay commissions of 15, 20, even 25% to online travel agencies (OTAs) such as Expedia and Priceline.

odysysWith Odysys, hotels can drastically reduce their reliance on OTAs. The Odysys platform includes a
mobilefriendly booking engine, responsive website templates, SEO tools, social media publisher, and
analytics—all in one place.

“We want to help unique hotels be found—directly—by more people,” said Kent Schnepp, cofounder and
CEO. “With Odysys, innkeepers don’t have to rely on OTAs, nor do they have to lose a percentage of
each reservation.”

Odysys has been in beta testing for the past couple of months, a process that helped refine the product.

“Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive,” Schnepp said. “It’s clear that the industry really needed a
solution that was effective, affordable, and user-friendly.”

Pricing is based on a monthly subscription model starting at $99 per month, with no commissions,
contracts, or variable fees.

“We’re looking forward to growing our business with the help of Odysys,” said Andy Goggins, general
manager of the Pine Ridge Inn in Bend. “Boutique properties like ours need a solution like this that is
both powerful and cost effective.”

The company, which is located at 1000 NW Wall Street, currently has seven fulltime employees and is
looking to fill several open positions.
